Thank you for Signing up for the Evidence-Based Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans (2nd edition) Self-Study Course

Please remember that you will need to take that 27-question test and pass with a score of 70% or greater. Also, NCHEC requires each participant to complete an evaluation (included at the end of the test form). Both must be completed to get the CECHs for 13.00 CECHs for CHES^®/MCHES^® (includes 6.0 MCHES^® advanced hours).

27-question TF, multiple choice and short answer post-course assessment. The test is online and can be completed as you study. You can exit and return to where you left off, and go to previous questions to change answers even after you complete the test.
